  🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
  To preserve the premium print and vibrant colors of your BTS jacket, please follow these care guidelines:
  1. 1. Machine Wash: Turn the jacket inside out and wash on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colors.
     2. Detergent: Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or use harsh fabric softeners.
     3. Drying: Air dry / hang dry is highly recommended. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.
     4. Ironing: Do not iron directly over the “Arirang” or chest prints. Use a cool iron on the reverse side if needed.

Order cancellation/modifications

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 day processing) & (30 business days you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received a wrong order or your package is arrived broken, you may also request a refund or reshipment but you must provide us with a picture.
We will NOT make refund or reshipment if:
